Account Access:You can still access your Sling TV account and the available content after canceling your subscription for the remaining months of the current billing cycle. The following cycle's charges won't be applied to your account.
Easy Cancellation: You can easily stop receiving service by using your Sling TV account. Simply sign in, navigate to your account settings, and follow the instructions to cancel. It's a simple procedure.
Refund Policy
Billing Cycle: Sling TV is billed via prepaid cycles. This indicates that you will be charged in advance for the subsequent month's subscription.
Prorated Refunds: If you decide to cancel your membership in the middle of a cycle, we'll reimburse you prorated for the days that are still in the cycle. The prorated amount is calculated by figuring out how many days are left in your current payment cycle.
Refund Processing Time: After a cancellation, refunds normally take three to five business days to process. The money from the first account will be returned. the mode of payment you chose for your subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances: In certain cases, such as when we have technical difficulties, you might be qualified for a complete refund of your most recent subscription payment. We evaluate each of these situations separately.
No Refunds for Partial Months
Please be advised that we do not offer returns for half of the month. You won't be reimbursed for any days that have already been utilized if you decide to terminate your membership in the middle of a cycle. But until the conclusion of that billing cycle, you'll still have access to the service.
